The EDA is a linux appliance that is dedicated to deploying ESX in the most efficient, easy and fastest way possible. It will deploy dozens of hosts in minutes. It also has a script-builder that makes creating %post-scripts a breeze so the server automatically gets fully configured to be used as soon as the installation is done. That way the appliance can also be used as a disaster recovery tool.
